Privacy Notice

This notice explains how the details you submit through the enquiry form on this website are handled. It is written to align with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What is collected

Your name, phone number, email address and the comment you type. Your consent is recorded when you tick the consent box. Please do not include sensitive information (such as ID numbers, medical or financial details, or the details of trauma or abuse) in the form.

Why it is collected

Only to respond to your enquiry and arrange a first contact. Your details are not used for marketing and are not sold or shared for advertising.

How it is processed

Your enquiry is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile (a human verification check), passed through a Cloudflare worker and stored in a Google Form linked to Jonathan Bosworth's account. These services may process data outside South Africa.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to respond and, where you become a client, as required for professional record keeping. Enquiries that do not lead to a consultation are deleted on request.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the details you submitted, or withdraw your consent, by emailing jonathan.bosworth@gmail.com or calling 083 703 5121. You may also contact the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe your information has been mishandled.

Emergencies

The form is not monitored for emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, go to your nearest hospital emergency unit or call the SADAG suicide crisis line on 0800 567 567.
